The Living Wage is the only rate calculated according to the cost of living and, especially in current times, it’s incredibly important to us that we choose to pay more than the Government minimum or National Living Wage, recognising all the hard work and dedication that our staff give to our business. So, we’re super proud to be an official Living Wage Employer as accredited by the Living Wage Foundation.
